Jason dedicates his time and talents to consulting with and negotiating for Sellers and Buyers. Jason works hard to understand each client's unique requirements so that maximum results can be obtained. He is continually developing his knowledge of all aspects of real estate, resulting in Sellers and Buyers being more educated and informed. 

SUSAN BERTON, Listing and Closing Coordinator

Susan, a licensed agent, implements the marketing and advertising plans for our listings, develops Buyer and Seller systems and coordinates and ensures the accuracy of all paperwork.  Once a property is under contract, Susan communicates regularly with you and the team on the status of the transaction.  Susan is responsible for effective communication with all of our clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close.  She also works directly with our Buyers and Sellers as a Realtor, helping to ensure goals are accomplished.
